COMMODORE CAPE
Commodore Cape is a residential subdivision located along Lake Livingston.  Its a
beautiful area with parks, mature pines and a boat launch area for all its residents.
It is also right along Lake Livingston's Scenic Loop, a great place to build a
retirement home or for full time residency.  There are also six public boat ramps and
a number of privately operated ramps that offer access to the lake. Camping is
available at Lake Livingston State Park (approx. 20 minutes from lot) and many
private resorts.

miles long and its widest point is 7 miles. With 450 miles of shoreline, Lake
Livingston is never crowded. It covers 93,000 acres and has, of course, great
fishing and boating everywhere on the lake. The coastline is speckled with many
